If you're planning a ride that takes you down Oden's Mill Road, you might want to think about an alternate route. In the past few days they've been patching it with gravel and tar (shake and bake). It's like riding down a gravel road. They've done some patching like this in the past and eventually those spots smooth out. And did I mention getting showered by gravel when a car passes?
Update 8/7/2009: I rode Oden's Mill this morning and the gravel is mostly swept off the roadway. It isn't as smooth as before but is ridable.
